1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FrameSnap ("the Service"), operated by Vorby Studios LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FrameSnap provides a screenshot capture API that allows you to programmatically capture screenshots of web pages. The Service includes a free tier and paid subscription plans with varying usage limits.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. API Usage

  • You must not use the API to capture screenshots of illegal content.
  • You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas.
  • You must not share your API keys with unauthorized third parties.
  • You must not use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks or abuse target websites.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Paid Plans & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

Screenshots you capture through the Service are yours. We claim no ownership over content you generate. The FrameSnap name, logo, and Service code remain the property of Vorby Studios LLC.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that screenshots will render identically to how pages appear in your browser.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vorby Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service.
