Vorby Studios LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates FrameSnap. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign up via Google or Apple OAuth, we receive your name and email address from the identity provider. We do not receive or store your password.

Usage Data

We track API usage per key (request counts, timestamps) to enforce rate limits and display usage stats in your dashboard. We log the URLs you screenshot for debugging and abuse prevention.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status but never see or store your full credit card number.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Service
  • To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To send transactional emails (account changes, billing)
  • To improve the Service based on aggregate usage patterns

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) and secured with row-level security policies. API keys are hashed with SHA-256 before storage. We use HTTPS for all connections. Our infrastructure runs on Google Cloud Platform (us-west1).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — for payment processing
  • Supabase — for database hosting and authentication
  • Google Cloud Platform — for application hosting
  • Cloudflare — for DNS and bot protection

6. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Screenshot logs are retained for 90 days. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service.
